Use WhatsApp Business features — Set up “Away Messages” and “Quick Replies” so no message goes unanswered.
Make payment easy — Always include your M-Pesa number and ask them to pay before sending the product. No exceptions.

Now, people can reach me anytime. And I never miss a sale.

Enable “Away Message” → Set it to: “Thanks for messaging! I’m usually awake early. I’ll reply soon. In the meantime: https://sautiyapesa.co.ke/blog/post15.html”
Go to sleep tonight — and wait for your first midnight sale.
