I asked friends: “What’s one thing you’d pay Ksh 500 to have done?” One said: “Help me design a flyer for my salon.” I learned Canva in 1 day. Charged Ksh 500. Did 10 — made Ksh 5,000.

Step 3: I Reinvested Every Shilling

Used Ksh 5,000 to buy a cheap domain, hosting, and a Canva Pro trial. Made 3x better flyers. Raised price to Ksh 1,500. Got 20 clients — Ksh 30,000.

Step 4: I Automated & Outsourced

Hired a student for Ksh 200/post. I handled sales & client calls. Profit: Ksh 1,300 per job. Did 15 — made Ksh 19,500.

Total: Ksh 5,000 + Ksh 30,000 + Ksh 19,500 = Ksh 54,500 in 6 weeks.
